How Are Architect Fees Determined?

The TMMOB Chamber of Architects publishes a minimum fee schedule that sets the lower bound for architectural services. In practice, villa and residential projects are commonly priced at 3–6% of construction value. For a villa costing 5 million TRY, this translates to 150,000–300,000 TRY. Some architects or firms also quote a fixed project fee.

What Should the Service Include?

An architectural project service should cover: concept design (floor plans, site plan, elevations), definitive project (full permit-ready documentation), technical calculations and municipal correspondence. Structural Design Cost
